Once again I had the pleasure of photographing the cover of Bahamian Entertainment Magazine eLIFE242. This edition’s cover feature was Alexandra Kaufman otherwise known as the BahaYogi on Instagram, a yoga professional who has amassed quite a following due to her unique style of beach yoga.
The eLIFE 242 team and I travelled to the Abaco Islands in The Bahamas where we spent the day photographing and interviewing Alexandra for their Summer Issue. We shot on some of the most amazing secluded beaches in the Treasure Cay area of Abaco, and were able to shoot 100% available light + reflector.
The shoot was smooth, similar to when I have the chance to photograph dancers. I just let her do her thing and captured the moments as she perform. Alex was a dream to work! She was open to different poses and scenarios which in turn helped us to capture some beautiful images.
