Shooting on location has always been something I obsessed about. I know a lot of photographers who love the controlled environment of the studio, but for me I like the challenge of working with the biggest light source; The Sun. On top of that I like to find locations that most people may overlook and finding that one angle that makes a location shine.

Recently had the opportunity to photograph model and makeup artist Denise aka @BeautyAndTheBeatOfficial for a few portraits to update her looks catalog. We took the session to the downtown area of Nassau, Bahamas where we were able to find a few pockets that fit the Island Chic look she was going for.

During the shoot at some point I decided I was going to VLOG about my experience with a camera system I hadn’t had the opportunity to try as yet the Canon EOS R, visit Paintx Services. (Yeah, this surprised me too). But I think it is a pretty dope overview of the session with a bit of my thoughts on how it all came together.
