Its been over a year now since I presented to The Bahamas and the world, Pretty in Pink: I’m A Survivor. Which was a photographic Exhibition of actual breast cancer survivors ( my grandmother included ) here in the country. The exhibition sought to display the plight of these survivors but also show the happiness that comes with survival of the dreadful disease. The event was held at the Hilton in the Bullion Lounge ( and I really have to shout-out the whole HILTON Team ) where the survivors and supporters were treated to a night of elegance, music and fashion. The Night Truly meant a lot to me and the money raised was a great help to the Sister Sister Breast Cancer Support Group.
